At the end of March, Playerunknown's Battlegrounds game was launched in the early access on the Steam platform.
Developed by Brendan ‘Playerunknown’ Greene, the product became extremely popular, entering the Steam top list in first 3 days and earning $11 million. And three months later, it has transpired that 4 million copies of this game have been already sold.
Battlegrounds is a ММО survival game. Hundreds of characters simultaneously get on the island, where each of them should procure clothes, weapon and other necessary stuff. The goal is to wipe out all opponents and remain the only survivor on the island.
Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is staying in the top five viewed games on Twitch. It is also included into the top five most popular products in terms of the amount of active players. The game is frequently updated and developers are going to add a zombie mode soon as well.
