‘We Presented Novelties that we only Expect in the Ukrainian Market,’ Interview with Brand Representative of COUGAR and Bloody16 May 2019
Testing all the newest game devices, participating in an interesting quiz, and playing cool board games – all of it guests of WEGAME 5.0 could do at booths of COUGAR and Bloody A4Tech.
Manufacturers of cool computer peripherals for professional gamers and fans of video games designed taking into account feedbacks of eSports players and gamers brought the newest devices to the jubilee WEGAME 5.0 and of course cool prizes for the most active attendees. The first day of the festival offered a super quiz intended to check the knowledge of video games produced by Cougar, the Battle Sponsor of the festival.
Besides, on both days attendees could play such board games as Dobble, Exploding Kittens, and UNO at the booths of these brands. On the second day of the event, companies drew cool prizes on the main stage of the festival. To learn what new things they presented to the audience, we talked to Dmitry Ivanov, the brand manager of COUGAR and Bloody.
WEGAME: What novelties and top products do you present at the booth?
D.I.: Today we tried to present the widest possible assortment of products we have, of course, including our novelties. If we talk about COUGAR brand, the choice is great here – keyboards, mouses, headsets, mouse mats, cases, power units, gamer armchairs, and such accessories as cable hangers. We presented novelties that we are only expecting to arrive in the Ukrainian market. Global presentation has already taken place, and is expected in several months in our country. These are new models of mouses.
If we talk about BLOODY brand, we have already presented a great number of products including novelties. We are here to show attendees of the event up-to-date models and novelties expected to appear in our market just in several months.
WEGAME: How high is the interest of the public in the booth and products of your brands?
D.I.: Basically, this event is interesting in terms of the audience. Of course, stores sell our products, but the assortment is small as a rule. In other words, thanks to such events attendees can try out all our products, see what suits them in terms of ergonomics, quality, lighting options, and choose the optimal model. This is the exact case when potential buyers can test the product in action instead of just looking at photos on the web or watching videos on YouTube.
WEGAME: You are not for the first year with us. How do you find WEGAME 5.0 and what do you like this time?
D.I.: This is the second year we take part in the event. And the fact that I am trying to outcry the noise created by the audience speaks about very high activity of attendees. People show sincere interest, come to booths, and make photos. Everyone is positive and truly interested in the ongoing activities. I highly assess this event.
