A new ambitious platform for online games distribution Robot Cache will be launched in the second quarter of 2018.

Bryan Fargo, the creator of legendary games, including the original Fallout, The Bard's Tale and Baldur's Gate, announced the imminent launch of a blockchain-based platform capable of replacing Steam. Robot Cache will reduce commission fees, it will have its own cryptocurrency, and will also allow reselling games after finishing.

Robot Cache is the first service to offer the opportunity to resell games and receive IRON cryptocurrency. You can buy other games using it, and if you don’t have enough virtual money, you can refill the IRON account with real money.

Developers and publishers get 95% of new game sales, and 70% of game resale. They can control the minimum and maximum cost of resale as well. Reselling the game, the user will receive 25% of the proceeds.
