PlayStation VR release date is known

17 February 2016 PlayStation VR release date is known

CEO of Gamestop Paul Raines has admitted in an interview that PlayStation VR will go on sale in autumn.

Sony hasn’t made any statements regarding their product yet, but considering the fact that gaming companies are greatly interested in Gamestop retailer, Paul must have obtained this information from trustworthy sources.

Supposing that Raines has authentic information, the ins and outs of new device release remain unknown. It is more likely that Sony itself will announce when to wait for preorder and how much it will cost.

Earlier there were rumours on the web, saying that the device will go on sale as early as in the first half of 2016, and will cost the same as the console from this manufacturer. Many experts consider the estimated price of $400-$800 to be too low.

In any case all secrets will be revealed long before sales start, which will most probably happen at Е3.
