On April 22, as part of the main gaming event of Ukraine WEGAME 4.0, there will be an awarding ceremony for the best independent studios, game designers and developers – WEGAME Awards! The winners will be chosen by an expert jury, and we are ready to announce four more judges:

  • Mikhail Somov is a CEO at the Lviv branch of G5 Entertainment Games, which develops casual Free-to-Play games for mobile devices and PCs. Prior to G5, Mikhail headed an outsourcing studio for game development – Happy Artist.
  • Roman Martynyuk is a head of Appmania, which specializes in creating games and applications for iPhone. He has been working in the GamуDev industry for ten years, launching a total of 25 projects. In addition, Roman founded the VR project AppMania VR.
  • Alexandr Khrutsky is a co-owner and course supervisor at the Kiev school of game development Academy Games. He has been involved in the gaming industry since 2002. During this time, he released 20 projects. In 2015, he organized a game developers' conference Games Gathering.
  • Elena Lobova is a founder of Achievers Hub, a platform for indie teams, investors, publishers and developers. Previously she managed a game development company iLogos. Elena regularly speaks at gaming industry conferences.
