What is the conference notable for?
The first day of the event – December 2 – was fully dedicated to the business segment of game development. Lectures were given by top managers and directors of leading industrial companies. On the same day, there was a game pitch, during which developers presented their projects to potential investors.
Furthermore, a round table “PRO Ukrainian gamedev” was held, where representatives of such organizations as Microsoft, Vostok Games, Tatem Games, iLogos and Beatshapers, discussed trends and industry problems.
On December 3-4, apart from lectures, there were battles, workshops and anti-workshop organized as part of the event. Experts taught and tested young game content developers. Most of attention was paid to Art Lynch from Timur Mutsaev, where the gamedev guru assessed the works of visitors and gave them expert recommendations.
Conference speakers highlighted many up-to-date, industry-related topics, discussed global game design trends and new opportunities in game programming. Many lectures were dedicated to industry management, marketing and art, and touched the issues of VFX and QA. Besides that, there were educational lectures on virtual reality.

NetEnt offered visitors to receive interesting prizes by exchanging them for chips, which could be won in blackjack or poker at the company booth.
